Carol Klitzner and Herb Klitzner are technical writers. We document computer software, disaster recovery plans, computer operation policies and procedures. We also develop help systems and user guides. Carol has recently worked on pharmaceutical validation test plans, help and testing for banking workflow system, and FX and fixed-income trader system documentation.
